Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i had a suprise birthday party for my girlfriend and like 20 or so people came over. i didnt supply alchohol. but this one kid brought it for himself i trusted this kid because i thought he was a friend. i let him stay in my house because he was too drunk to drive. while everyone was sleeoing he went around and stole a bunch of stuff and even broke into the cars in the garage. what am i looking at in term of pressing charges? also, is the alchohol a factor?

If you haven't called the police yet, its a little late. The charges would be theft, either petty or grand, burglury, burglury of a conveyance, etc.
