Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If your a suspect in a robbery but the cops have No evidence and you feel you are being harassed. Then while at work the Detective on the case comes up to and forcefully takes your phone without showing you any type of warrant. Can you sue the cop or Sheriffs Department or complian or what can you do to stop further harassment.
