I suspect my son, who lives with me is selling marijuana. What will happen to me if he is caught, am I legally responsible?

Unless there is evidence that you were assisting or otherwise participating in the crime, nothing would happen to you. I'd caution that the police might still believe you are participating even if you're not. If the marijuana is being sold out of your home, the police might try to obtain a search warrant for your entire property. If they don't have a warrant, they might come by and ask to search your house. You should refuse to consent to a search of your property.

It's possible since you have knowledge of it. However, your son is ultimately responsible and he would be the one most likely charged.
