Sworn Complaint for Grand Theft

In the state of Florida- If the police do a sworn comlaint for grand theft but no arrest is made, How long does the State attorney have to press charges and How long do the police have after the complaint has been made to arrest you?

Both have five years. See Florida Statute 812.035(10).
