Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

hi, how do I go about taking action on someone who constantly is making a death threat on me, I've reported it once to my police dept. an officer from the department called the person making the threat but he didn't pick up. I've now got some new recording of the threat and its even worst from all the other threats. I'm a stay at home mom with an 11-month-old and a 6year, I don't know how else to navigate this.

Keep contacting the police whenever you get new information like this . it is your best way of staying protected. Furthermore you should look into getting an injunction on your own or with an attorney.
