Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Okay so I was talking to this girl and she is 17 and I'm 23. We haven't had sex of any kind or even kissed, but we did exchange one picture each and now her parents are thinking of pressing charges against me for it. Is what I did within legal rights or can they press charges?

If you were sexting, it is illegal. If she sent a photo of herself,, it is child porn and you could go to prison for a very long time. I suggest you stay away from her until she's 18.
