Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

tampa arrest warrant

12/2004 i was issued a warrant for Grand Theft Larceny and dealing in stolen property. I was never arrested, and I moved to two weeks before the warrant was issued. Is there a statute of limitation, and if so how long.

Re: tampa arrest warrant

If you were arrested in New Jersey then the statute of limitations for filing a charge against you is five years from the date of the offense. I do not kinow what the statute of limitations is in Florida.
