Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
tampering with a witness, domestic battery
this was all from a misunderstanding. how can we get the ''no contact'' order lifted? the tampering was throwing a phone. can we get tihs dropped? maybe mediation.
first offense. has job 6 years. just a stupid night.

It all depends on the victim's wishes. Do not contact any parties yourself. A good lawyer should be able to resolve this. Pls call.
