Taping Conversation
in the state of florida, is it a feloney or illeagal
to tape a face to face conversation without the other partys knowledge and would that tape be admissable in court ?

YES! it is ILLEGAL to tape record another person without their knowledge/permission. In Florida it is a first degree misdemeanor. Also, the tape is inadmissible in a court of law. In addition, Federal law also prohibits such conduct and provides for felony punishments.
