tatooing a minor
I'd like to know what the max and or min bond would be could it be a felony if there are 4 statements from minors who have been tatooed? I have no license to tatoo. what about solicitation ?

Tatooing without a license is a second degree misdemeanor. Tatooing a minor without written permission from a parent or legal guardian is prohibited (although I do not see it listed as a criminal offense). However, other charges may flow from said act(s). Bonds can vary from circuit to circuit. A bond on a second degree misdemeanor here is usually no more than $500.
