Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
teen court
My daughter is to appear in teen court next week on a misdemeanor charge. She committed the crime with her step sister. My daughters father (my ex-husband) informed me tonight that I would not be allowed to attend this trial due to ''confidentiality concerns'' related to his step daughter. Is this true? I believe this to be a request made by his current wife.

Re: teen court
No, if it's your daughter, and her trial as well, you have every right to be there.
