Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Teenager gone to far
Recently a teenager has taken it apon himself to harrass myself and some of my neighbors. On two occasions he has threatend violence once on my dog that was on a leash in my yard he said he was going to run it over and more recently he told my 9 year old who was walking on the opposite side of the road that he was going to run her over. What can I do legally about this punk?

You should report these incidents to the police and consider filing an Injunction for Repeat Violence.
