Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
teenager shoplifting.
My daughter was stopped by security and detained. They said she was a lookout for several girls who were shoplifting. She had just walked into the store 10 minutes before realized what they were doing and left. The police came and asked her to sign a statement. She is 17. I asked to see the evidence(video) they said no. What are our rights.

Your daughter has all the same rights as any criminal defendant.Parents have no special rights in these matters. You should retain a lawyer for her asap.
