Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I temporarily live in Jax to assist my older sister who is disabled from a stroke and open heart therapy.
I saw my grandnephew sell drugs in her driveway on Friday afternoon.
When we came back to visit my sister I confronted him and told him what I saw and not to do it again or I would have to report him to the police. He was calm when I told him.
12 hrs later, tonight he called and threatened blow up my car and me too if I did not stay out of his business. How should I handle this situation. He was obviously very angry and my sister does not want this kind of activity at her house.
He has already spent time in prison for drug trafficking.
