ten year old warrant in florida
i know someone who has a warrant in florida, from ten years ago. i believe its for vop from misdemeanor assult charge. he does not live in florida now. what should he do to get this taken care of?

The court has probably lost jurisdiction over the case but the warrant is still in the nationwide Teletype system.
