Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

term my probation

I have a question I was in court August 1st and I was placed on one year probation. Eligible for early termination after 6 months. With my probation starting that day. My orientation was like a week and a half after my court date and I met with my probation officer the first week of September. Wouldn't that mean that upon everything being completed including all fines, community service and the passing of all my drug screens that I would be eligible for early term on Feb 1st. Please get back to me ASAP. Thank you.

Yes, from the facts you presented, it sounds like you would be eligible on or around February 1, 2008, if all was completed. Of course, just because you are eligible does not mean it will happen exactly on that date. It might be weeks or even months afterwards until all the paperwork has been processed.
