Testifying Against Spouse???

Is it legal for the state of Florida to MAKE me testify against my own spouse?

Yes, there is no marital privilege in Florida when it relates to a crime.

If your spouse has told you that he or she has committed a crime, you cannot be compelled to testify against your spouse as to what he or she told you. However, if your spouse has committed a crime AGAINST you, you can be compelled to testify against your own spouse.
