Testifying against spouse?
Can I utilize Trammel v. United States to plead the fifth during a trial for a battery charge against my husband? I live in the state of Florida and I am listed as the victim and the only witness.

No as I have previously stated Florida does not recognize spousal privilege in domestic battery cases.
