Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Testimony
My brother murdered my father in Florida. I talked to my brother a few days before. His defense attorney now wants me to testify about our conversation in court but I don't want to. I don't want to testify for or against anything. I just don't want to be a part of the process. Since I am a victim and relative, do I have to testify?
