if i already have a felony theft charge is my next 1 gonna be a felony also

Re: theft
There are two ways for charges to be filed as a Felony.
The first way is if the goods you are alleged to have stolen are valued at $300 or more.
The second way is if you have been previously convicted of two or more "theft" related convictions.
Your prior felony theft might just been a result of the amount you stole. In that case your new charge might not be a felony.
