theft?

I am being sued by my previous partner/associate/employer (depends on who you ask) for non-payment for merchandise Can this become a criminal offense? I have a wholesale company and he was my supplier.

Potentially, I've seen similar things happen. Wouldn't be a bad idea to retain counsel now as a preventative measure. It may also give you some peace of mind.
