Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
threat of prosecution
If someone confesses to the injured party about taking money from a business and enters into a restitution deal with them, is the injured party allowed to demand full restitution after 2 years have gone by after agreeing to take payments? Can they call the authorities at any time and file charges ? Significant amounts of money have already been paid back. How long can the threat of notification to the authorities be made?

Re: threat of prosecution
Your question poses some difficult issues which I would need to speak with you personally. However, the statue of limitations for a theft is five years or more depending on the facts. I would suggest you e-mail me your telephone number and the best time
to call you so that I can understand your situation in greater detail.
