I had a confrontation with a fellow employee and he stepped up in my face so I told him to get out of my face.When he didnt I told him again and he still didnt so i told him that i ought to kick his but.I got fired for this,Is this legal?

With very, very few exceptions, you can be fired in Florida for any reason. This certainly qualifies, so, yes, it's legal.
