Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Throwing deadly missile
hello, my friend was charged with throwing deadly missile, but he was charged on account of another suspect's claim. If the police cannot find any evidence, can they still charge him?, also, after the police invested the scene, can they still call for an arrest after they allowed another suspect leave? Also, can the police bring someone to arrest solely on allegations?
