Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Regarding Thuy Bach Real Estate Fraud
In May 2006, you were the assistant state attorney regarding case # 04-CF-019889, in which Thuy Bach was charged and sentenced on Theft & Forgery. My mother and father are a victim and are trying to find justice. I don't know how else to go after this lady. I have the Kissimme police involved, but things are going slow. Meanwhile, within the Vietnamese community of St. Petersburg there is news that this lady is scamming more people. Can you provide advice. I can send an email with a full report of the situation.
