Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I got a ticket for letting an unlicensed driver drive my car. I have to go to court. I was drunk at the time and the drive of my car was sober. I wanted to know if I can fight my ticket and if I can how would I go about doing so.

It depends on what you knew when you let him drive. It is a criminal offense punishable by 60 days jail. There are legal issues to fight this that a lawyer can bring possibly in order to dismiss this. I suggest you contact an attorney right away. You can call my office at 727-528-1859.
