how time can i get if convicted of aggravated assault with a dealy weapon being my first aggravated case

Aggravated Assault is a third degree felony with a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison. If a firearm was used in the commission of the Aggravated Assault there is a 3 year mandatory/minimum prison sentence.
