Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i would like to know how much time the court has to decide on an appeal my boyfriend put an appeal on almost two years ago and his mom was just notified that they had lost some of his papers which have now been sent back in. is there anything we can do

You should talk to his appellate attorney. Appeals court do not have set time limits to issue an opinion, but your attorney may be able to try and expedite matters anyway.
