What is the time limitation for a writ of certiorari for the state of florida supreme court?

If you're filing something with the state supreme court, and you don't know the answer to this question then you have bigger problems. Your main problem would be that you are attempting to do something so serious without an attorney. The simple answer is 30 days from the date of the last "Final Order." However, there are tons of pitfalls when dealing with appeals, so I strongly suggest you get an attorney immediately.
