time limits on prosacuation
once you,ve been formally charged.Is there a time limit on a 3rd degree felony for prosacution. Im not refering to a speedy trial.I mean if you disappeared is there a time limit the state would have to get you back into court?

No, If you have been arrested within the statute of limitations and an charges were formally filed the State can proceed at any time in the future when you get rearrested.
