What happens to a first time offender, accused of burglary,unarmed,dealing in stolen property?

A person usually scores prison but there is no such thing as a typical first time offender as the facts of the case are always different and some prosecutors and/or judges may view certain facts as more aggravating or mitigating than other facts. You should meet with an attorney and tell the whole story that way you know what you are realistically looking at.
