first time offenders
im in fl and i heard that there was a new law that passed for first time offenders where they can get three months taken off there time .is this true and how do you go about doing so?

I am not sure where you may have heard this rumor, but there is no such law.

I am not aware of any such law. To the contrary, Gov. Christ announced no changes in gain time.
