Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Ok today at my fianc 's court date the prosecutors stated that they don't think they go go to trial but yet rather resolve the issue. They also stated that they could not get in contact with the alleged victims after leaving plenty of messages. They pushed his court date for two more weeks. When I checked the dockets it stated granted stop which I know means stipulation. My question is now what is the stipulation? This is a criminal case in Miami Dade county in Florida .

I've never heard of "granted stop" to mean anything, much less a stipulation. A stipulation is just an agreement of some sort between the parties. Your fiance needs to talk to his attorney to make sense of all this.
