Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I violated my felony probation...in GA but it was ICOT transfer to fl where I reside. I was in jail for 30 days and fl. Charged by fl. For misdemeanor and sentenced by a judge 27 days in to my time in jail... Then on the 30th day I was just.....released being told by public attorneys fl messed by logging me in incorrectly. My GA probation officer was definitely made aware of my VOP with in days if not the day of my initial arrest on 8/12. Now just been released, not speaking with anyone who knew anything about my case. I figured things were just dropped and i guess you can say "I slipped through the cracks" either way I can't seem to find out anything about my situation from anyone. Except my former(8/12)probation officer who is telling me I am still her probationer. Which is fine but i am scared to be locked up again and basically forgotten about. I'll do what i need to do probation or not she's asking me to report for probation Monday morning but I need help in seeing if my p.o. can rearrest me?

The simple answer is this, if you've violated probation you can be arrested at any time. You should get an attorney immediately to possibly avoid spending extra time in jail waiting for your case to be resolved.
