Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was told that there was no incident report made on my sons recent death. They had a verbal report made. The detective refuses to have a girl come in and type it due to budget cuts. I want to know exactly what happened to my son. How can I get this verbal report?

You can request an independent autopsy. Obviously, you will have to pay for it.
