traffic tickey while on probation
i got a ticket in the mail for running a red light. im currently on probation but get early term in september.. does this violate my probation?

Assuming your ticket was a civil traffic infraction for running a red light, it should not violate your probation as the standard probationary term prohibits you from committing any new "criminal" offenses. Since the red light citation is only a "civil" infraction, it should not violate your probation.

No. The Citation you received for running a red light is a civil infraction, not criminal. Therefore, it will not be used as a basis to violate your probatioin.
