transfer court case to out of state
My neice was on vacation in Florida and her 2 daughters (ages 16 & 19) where arrested for smoking weed. She lives in Mass. Can this be transfered to a Mass. court. She cannot afford to travel twice for each girl or hire a lawyer.

No she must resolve the cases in Florida, although any sanctions can be transferred.
