Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Travel restrictions when charged with a felony
If someone has been charged with a felony (theft) in FL are there travel restrictions put on them. I know someone who is charged with theft. The trial hasn't been set yet and they are due to leave for a vacation to Europe. Can they still go?

Re: Travel restrictions when charged with a felony
Unless the judge specifically makes it a condition of the person's pre-trial release, there is no restriction on travel.
