Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
trespassing
I lived with my boyfriend for 2 months. We got in an argument so I went to stay with a friend. while there I became upset with him & went to the house to confront him. His car was there and I assumed he was too. the front door was locked so I went through the unlocked back door. He was not there. I was angry & I put his hung clothes on the floor to upset him. I waited till he came home, then we talked and I left. His roommate, who doesnt favor me, was upset & called the cops saying I broke & entering because I wasnt on the lease. Now his roommate is saying if Im not allowed over or he will call the cops & I will be trespassing. Is he really allowed to make it so I cant come to my boyfriends house? Who is the other lease holder?

Re: trespassing
If your boyfriend is the only one on the lease and he allows you to live in the home, it is unlikely the roommate can have you trespassed.
