Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Tresspass
Why must there be warrant signed for your arrest on criminal trespass if all charges was dismissed for loitering at your family apartment complex. When the police put paper work on you so you cannot visit anymore. But you was found innocent, isn't it double jeopardy?
