Let me try to rephrase your question: "If a defendant pleads to the charges and receives a sentence, can that person appeal the plea or sentence?"
Usually not. By pleading, you probably gave up your right to appeal, but you may be able to appeal the sentence, if not the charges. You should speak with a lawyer.
