is it true that a case must be dismissed if there is no physical evidence after 175 days. in Felony cases.

You're talking about the speedy trial time. That has nothing to do with the physical evidence. Further, the speedy trial rule has all kinds of exemptions and situations where it doesn't apply. In other words talk to your attorney about your specific situation.
