I need help to turn myself in for absconding probation

I need to retain an attorney for the purpose of turning myself in on a feleny warrant for moving out of the state of Florida while on probation for a possesion of meth conviction. I am able to show through copies of emails to every state athority involved in the decision making process where I am asking for an approval of transfer. I was able to show them that I had an emplyment offer and a stable place to live with my stepbrother. I was about to beome homeless and on the streets. I had no family nor friends in Florida to help me. I made a complaint to the probation officers supervisor that she had still not submited my request for going on 60 days after I gave it to her. Because of that, she denied a transfer. I had to leave in order to survive if that will help any. I found steady employment 2 weeks after leaving and have been in no additional trouble. I have entered into mental health treatment on my own. I have not used any drugs nor assotiated with anyone who does. I am now Married and stable. Hopefully some of this will help for someone who would be willing to assist me in facing this . Please respond ASAP and let me know what kind of cost I am looking at. I am able to pay a reasonable amount.

The best way to do this is to time your surrender with the judge's violation of probation calendar. This will reduce the amount of time you spend in jail. There is usually no bond on a VOP, so you want to resolve the case quickly and reinstate probation or seek early termination. Call attorney Chandler at 954-788-1355 for additional information.

I concur with Mr. Chandler, it is possible to surrender in court and possibly avoid Jail time altogether. If there is a Violation of Probation, when you go into custody you will most likely be held no bond. Your best bet is to surrender in court and try to resolve your case then and there.
