Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Type your question here...Almost 10 years ago l was convicted of ostract officer without violence in the state of florida, could not fight it .. l was in another country.... besides that point. ALos adjudication withheld. Is there anyway to cover this on my record. I know because of adjudication withheld l can not expunge??
I heard also l can apply for a pardon? IF this is true what would be the best way to go. I want it totally off my record.. If l can get a pardon, who do l talk to in florida to get one??
Thank you for your time

You are not likely to get a pardon for this and it would be a waste of time for such a minor offense. You could seal the record though.
