Hello ! my name is tyrone l sumpter, i plea to a case in fla 2004 nolo contendere to a charge of dealing in stolen property and official misconduct and adjudicated guilty of both crimes,and did 3 years of porbation, now my question to you is i have been working the same temp job for 5 years and now i was laid off ,i have try to find another job but in georgia the people here run a background check before there hire you and it been hard on me ,i want to know if i can get this expunge off my record or is there some thing legal i can do to get this clear up so i can a good job,because we all have to work for a live. if you to get in touch with me call me at 678-768-8338 thank you,

Possibly, if adjudication was withheld. You need to call an attorney in the area where you plead out and give them a few more details.
