If u miss a court date and get a warrant issued and you get put back on the court calendar for the court date can you still be taken into custody

The answer would depend on if you have an active warrant. If there is an active warrant, then you can be taken into custody. Most courts will not put cases with active warrants on the court calendar unless it is for a motion related to the warrant.
