Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

ulled over , searched the car and the police officer said he found a pipe used to smoke meth on the floor board near my feet. So I was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia , then missed my court date and now have a warrant for my arrest . What should I do now and what consequences am I looking to receive .
