Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have an uncle that recently was released from prison as a felon. He currently is a resident in my home with me. I'd like to attain my concealed carry license and firearm but I have a question. Would it be legal in order to obtain those two items and keep the firearm in my car at all times without any legal issues?

So long as the uncle is not allowed access to the gun, it should be no problem. He should not be left alone with it at any time where he could have access. If he is in the car with you, do not leave him and the gun alone in the car, or have the gun where he could have access. For example, if it is locked in the trunk, and you have the only key, it should be okay. At home, keep it in a safe.
