Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Underage Drinking
If one of my roommates is constantly inviting underage people over to drink, and the other roommates in the house ask them to leave and they don't, can we report them without all receiving punishment? From what I understand the acting adult on the scene will either be arrested or fined, and three of us ARE NOT condoning this action and have repeatedly asked that these minors leave.

Throw that roomate out.Your liability is huge. What if a drunk female got found her way to your room?
