Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i dont understand this ? and are these going to get dropped 2?
ok my husband had his identity stolen in 99-2003 witch we reported. we recently seen he owned a bmw and multi bank accounts.. witch we never opened and credit cards as whell.we filed a report.. & now has inquired charges ....30 witch were droped so far. including 81761 FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARD,
83101 FORGERY, 817568 2 CRIMINAL USE OF PERSONAL ID INFORMATN, 83102 UTTERING A FORGED INSTRUMENT, and multi charges of 83205 2 ISSUING A WORTHLESS CHECK OVER 150 DOLLARS .. now all he has left is 30 counts of 817568 2 CRIMINAL USE OF PERSONAL ID INFORMATN and 1 count of 817034 4a2 ORGANIZED FRAUD .. i dono what 817568 2 CRIMINAL USE OF PERSONAL ID INFORMATN is but shouldnt that go with the others and should it get droped as whell and what should we do next?

Straightening out identity theft is a very difficult and complicated process, often taking years. You need to get a good attorney to help you.
